POSTING GUIDELINES
In order to access and use Estate Forward’s services for advertising your property, you will be required to register with us and set up an account. Please contact the webmaster at the email given below. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You will not transfer your Account to another party without our consent.
To be eligible for posting, a listing or notice must fall within the definition and categories given below:
- The listing should relate to a residential or commercial property that is being offered for sale.
- The poster should be the owner or have the owner’s authorization to list the property.
- The post should list all details about the property as accurately as possible. The post should follow the format of the posting as given in our template. It should include pictures that show the property from all aspects and may also include a video tour of the property.
- The poster should be available to allow inspection of the property to interested parties or Estate Forward representatives through a mutually agreed time.
- All listings will have to be approved by Estate Forward before being displayed. Amendments may be made to the post by writing to Estate Forward.
- Estate forward reserves the right to remove any post that does not fall within the guidelines.
